We develop artificial intelligence (AI) features connected to the application’s data and tools, such as a system that reads PDF documents with OCR and uses the extracted data to fill in records and start jobs. We also integrate existing AI services, for example a phone system that tracks calls. Together we define the task, the checks on the results and how the new feature fits into everyday work.
The tools we use
We use Laravel AI to develop artificial intelligence features. We also build MCP integrations, a protocol that lets AI tools access the software’s data and functions.

After release we keep looking after the application through ongoing maintenance: we fix issues, update components, develop new features and suggest improvements based on the work of the people who use it.
We also manage the cloud hosting the application runs on, with infrastructure suited to its workload.

For AI features we favour providers that state they do not use customer data to train their models.
